What You’ll Do

Lead With Purpose

  • Assign and guide Guest Service Agents and Operators, ensuring clarity and confidence in their work.

  • Monitor team performance with regular check-ins, coaching, and thoughtful feedback.

  • Encourage growth while adjusting staffing to keep the lobby flowing smoothly.

Drive Operations Excellence

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and complete key tasks to keep everything running seamlessly.

  • Make smart decisions about room and rate availability that balance guest delight and hotel success.

  • Support team members across the front desk, reservations, and beyond when questions or challenges arise.

Create Memorable Guest Experiences

  • Resolve guest concerns with patience, creativity, and care.

  • Offer thoughtful solutions, authorizing allowances only after exploring all alternatives.

  • Be a steady, welcoming presence in the lobby where every detail—and every person—matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of combined front desk and supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.

  • A natural ability to listen deeply, respond thoughtfully, and handle challenges with tact and diplomacy.

  • Strong communication in English (other languages are always a plus).

  • Awareness and attentiveness to ensure a safe, responsive environment.
