Lead the Events Scene on Ocean Drive – Marketing Outreacher at Casa Cañita

Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 per year plus commission

Role Summary

The Marketing Outreacher is responsible for leading and expanding the Events and Marketing revenue centers for both Casa Cañita Hotel and La Cañita Beach. This role combines commercial strategy, brand positioning, public relations, and operational execution, ensuring strong visibility in the Miami market while maximizing sales, partnerships, and overall profitability across both concepts operating within the same property.


Key Responsibilities

Events & Revenue

  • Design and execute the events sales strategy for hotel and restaurant.

  • Manage leads, proposals, contracts, and deal closures.

  • Oversee full event logistics for social, corporate, and brand activations.

  • Control space calendars and maximize venue occupancy.

  • Define pricing policies, packages, and promotions focused on profitability.

  • Track performance metrics and produce revenue forecasts and reports.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and supervise the overall marketing strategy in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.

  • Coordinate digital campaigns, brand activations, seasonal promotions, and content calendars.

  • Ensure brand consistency across social media, PR, website, and offline materials.

  • Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies for growth and ROI.

Public Relations & Outreach

  • Lead public relations efforts and maintain active relationships with key Miami stakeholders, including tourism boards, city event organizations, convention centers, hospitality networks, and local institutions.

  • Build partnerships with planners, agencies, concierges, influencers, and community leaders.

  • Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and city activations.

  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and cross-promotions that increase visibility and foot traffic.

Guest & Experience Oversight

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience before, during, and after events and brand activations.

  • Align marketing promises with on-property execution in coordination with F&B, culinary, and operations teams.


Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in marketing, event sales, hospitality, PR, or F&B environments.

  • Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and partnership-building skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM, PMS, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.

  • Well-connected or willing to actively build a network within the Miami hospitality and events ecosystem.
