Headquartered in Dallas with a team in constant motion around the country, Practice is focused on operating hotels with intentionally crafted, deeply resonant experiences and soul.

Every journey begins with a first step. If you are passionate about hospitality, walk with us.

Job Role

As Regional Director of Revenue Management at Practice Hospitality, you will lead strategic and tactical efforts to achieve optimal room revenue, market share, and profitability across your region, with direct revenue responsibility for two hotels. One of those hotels sits in a luxury market and destination, where the assignment is not to chase rate but to protect it, positioning a distinctive property against an experience-driven competitive set and reading destination demand with precision.

The right teammate for this role is a seasoned revenue leader, fluent in distribution, precise on rate positioning, intentional about merchandising, and as comfortable presenting to a hotel owner as coaching a property team. At Practice the work is never finished. There is always another market to read and another point of share to win, and we chase both with tenacity.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

  • Own property-level revenue performance for two hotels: forecast room revenue and market share to communicate and align all stakeholders.
  • Lead a differentiated strategy for the luxury destination hotel: premium rate positioning, destination and leisure demand management, length-of-stay and seasonality controls, and rate integrity that reflects the property's standing in its market.
  • Develop and deploy revenue management strategies, tactics, and controls to drive room revenue and market share across both properties.
  • Configure, optimize, and manage all revenue management related systems: Revenue Management System (RMS), Central Reservation System (CRS), and Property Management System (PMS).
  • Merchandise each hotel and its rate products across all distribution channels for optimal revenue performance: E-Commerce, Voice, GDS, Property Direct, Direct Sales, Wholesale, OTA, and emerging platforms.
  • Grow direct booking share and reduce distribution cost, protecting margin and guest relationships, a priority sharpened in the luxury destination market.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams across the upper, mid, and lower funnel to achieve optimal room revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Partner with Operations teams to align rate positioning, value, guest experience, and service scores.
  • Prepare scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly written and verbal executive-level communication on hotel performance to key stakeholders: property, hotel ownership, and Practice.
  • Support fellow Directors of Revenue Management across the portfolio, providing coverage, mentorship, and best-practice sharing as a regional leader.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a Regional Director of Revenue Management who can focus on the smallest of details, prioritize effort to results, execute with tenacity, and communicate across all stakeholders. You must excel in IQ and EQ.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience as a Director of Revenue Management, gained across multiple markets.
  • Revenue leadership experience in a luxury or destination market strongly preferred.
  • Multi-property or regional revenue oversight experience preferred.
  • Experience with both Hilton-branded and independent hotels strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in office technology including Microsoft Office products and videoconferencing.
  • Regular travel across your region and to properties each quarter required.
