As Overnight Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll guide the team that keeps our spaces fresh, welcoming, and ready for the day ahead. From guest rooms to public areas, your leadership ensures that the care behind the scenes reflects the same thoughtful hospitality felt in the spotlight.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and support our housekeeping team so that every guest space feels like home.

  • Inspect rooms and suites, complete reports, and update status in our property management system.

  • Assign rooms and guide daily priorities for attendants.

  • Monitor scheduling, payroll, and productivity to keep the team balanced and efficient.

  • Ensure carts and supply rooms are stocked and ready.

  • Oversee our lost and found program, treating every guest belonging with respect.

  • Step in when needed to clean and refresh rooms—because no task is too small when it comes to creating belonging.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping supervisory experience preferred (or 4+ years in housekeeping).

  • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.

  • Knowledge of scheduling, inventories, and productivity.

  • Ability to inspect 25–80 rooms daily and assist with cleaning when needed.

  • Physically able to move or operate carts, vacuums, linen, and supplies.

  • Comfortable with computers and property management systems.

  • Above all—someone who leads with care, accountability, and pride in their work.
