About The Botany

The Botany is a privately owned luxury resort and spa located within the Preserve at Botany Bay—a pristine stretch of coastline on the far western tip of St. Thomas. This protected enclave, where the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean meet, is home to lush hillsides, golden beaches, and a sense of stillness that is increasingly rare.

St. Thomas is part of the U.S. Virgin Islands, located just east of Puerto Rico in the Lesser Antilles. Though the island is well known for its ports and vibrant energy, the Botany Bay area remains a world apart, peaceful, preserved, and deeply rooted in the natural and cultural history of the region.

When it opens, the resort will feature 23 ocean-facing villas, a spa, two pools, and a food and beverage program inspired by Caribbean flavors and seasonal abundance. More than a hotel, The Botany is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and experience luxury that feels both effortless and profound.

If you are ready to lead with care, create something lasting, and help redefine luxury in the Virgin Islands, we welcome your application.

This is a rare opportunity to introduce one of the Caribbean’s most distinctive new resorts to the world. If you are ready to bring your expertise, network, and creativity to The Botany, we’d love to hear from you.

The Botany is committed to full compliance with Virgin Islands Department of Labor standards and all applicable labor laws
